How many people are allowed in your space?
Our welcome room and playroom fits 40 children and adults comfortably.
Can I bring my own food and dessert?
You are more than welcome to bring your own food, drink, and dessert for the party. We also offer food and dessert options in our party add-ons!
Do you have any discounts available for parties?
We offer a 10% discount when you book a repeat birthday party on any of our three packages.
Will the playroom be open to the public during our birthday?
All birthday packages include private use of the space! Only you and your guests will have access to our welcome room and playroom during your scheduled party time.
Am I allowed to purchase additional party time?
We can accommodate an extra party hour for most parties. Please reach out to see if extra time is available for your party.
What happens if we have an illness in the family or there is inclement weather?
Parties can be rescheduled to a later date. We cannot guarantee preferred party date and time.
Can I bring party decorations?
You are more than welcome to bring your own party decorations and decorate the space. We alot 30 minutes prior to the start of your party time for set up and decorating.
